Why these settings

The original Rectifier tone is deeply scooped with tight low-end. Your Spider V's Insane channel approximates this but lacks the Rectifier's tube compression, so I've set gain at 7 instead of maxed to avoid fizz. Your GRG170DX's Infinity humbuckers are lower output than EMGs, so the built-in Screamer boost compensates by pushing the front end and tightening bass response. Mid at 4 gives you Gojira's signature scoop without losing note definition.

PRO TIPGojira's pick attack is everything — use a thick pick (1.0mm+), strike directly over the bridge pickup, and anchor your palm firmly on the strings for that percussive, gated chug sound. The tone lives in your right hand more than the knobs.
