Why these settings

Your Nevada amp is unrecognized — values given for universal gain/bass/treble only; your faceplate may label them differently. The SF300 on mode 2 closely approximates Way's 90s Big Muff character. Amp gain stays low (2) because the fuzz provides all saturation; stacking would turn to mud. Neck pickup with tone rolled to 6 mimics the Jaguar's dark, wooly output.
