Why these settings

Ben Moody used a Line 6 modeler set to a high-gain modern voicing. The Headrush Prime's Rectifier model captures the same scooped-mid modern metal character. Your Sire S7 has passive single coils versus the original EMG actives in a Jackson, so gain is set at 7 rather than 5-6 to compensate for lower output and add thickness. Mid is set conservative at 4 to maintain the scooped character without disappearing.

PRO TIPThe left and right rhythm guitars on the recording use the same tone but one side has boosted lows and highs creating a subtle stereo width trick - if double-tracking, try adding a low shelf boost at 100Hz and high shelf at 4kHz on one side only.
