The Fender Twin is extremely clean and loud, which actually works here: the original Soundcity 120w was also run relatively clean as a pedal platform. Twin's scooped mids and bright treble shelf are countered by dropping treble to 3, pushing bass to 8, and rolling your guitar's tone knob to 4. Amp gain at 0 because the SF300 provides all the saturation.

PRO TIPTune down to C standard (C-F-Bb-Eb-G-C) — this is non-negotiable for the Dopethrone sound. The crushing weight comes from slack strings pushing massive low-end through the fuzz. Standard tuning will sound thin and fizzy by comparison, no matter your settings.
