Compared to the original Soldano/Marshall setup, the AC30's treble peak sits slightly higher, so I've kept treble at 5 and rolled your Jazzmaster's tone to 6 to avoid ice-pick highs. The Jazzmaster's neck pickup is warmer and bassier than a Strat neck, so bass stays neutral at 5 rather than boosted. Gain at 2 keeps it pristine with just a hint of hair when you dig in.
