Why these settings

The NUX Mighty 40's Metal/Lead model provides modern digital high gain, so cutting the onboard Mid to 3 replicates Dimebag's aggressive mid-scoop while keeping the tone tight. The ESP LTD M-200's bridge humbucker matches Dime's hot output well, though boosting Treble to 7 is needed to recreate the razor-sharp high-end attack of his solid-state Randall rig. Reverb must stay at 0 to keep the iconic rhythmic chug completely dry and articulate.

PRO TIPDimebag tuned a quarter-step flat (approximately 428–430 Hz A) for 'Walk', so adjust your tuner to match the track's pitch, and use hard downstrokes with the edge of a heavy pick for that percussive attack.
