The original uses a 7-string with hot EMG actives into a Marshall rack preamp — a high-output, mid-scooped, modern metal rig. Your Strat's single coils are lower output and brighter, so I pushed bass +1 and gain to near-max on the Metal 2000 preset to compensate for the output gap. Mid scooped hard (3) to approximate the original's buzzsaw character. The Mustang LT25 has no presence knob. This gets you in the ballpark, but the Strat's single coils and 6-string tuning cannot fully replicate a down-tuned 7-string EMG tone — the low-end mass and saturation ceiling are physically limited.
