RECOMMENDED — not currently owned. Iommi's secret weapon was a Dallas Rangemaster pushing the front end; any treble booster or bright clean boost gets you there
Your Jaguar's single coils are brighter and lower output than Iommi's P-90s, so I pushed mids to 7 and dropped treble to 5 to compensate for the thinness. The HT5R's ISF should sit firmly in British territory (2-3 o'clock) to match the Laney's thick midrange bark. Without a treble booster, the tone will lack Iommi's cutting edge on the main riff—gain alone won't replicate that focused grind.
