Why these settings

The original uses a Bogner Uberschall/Diezel blend with hot ceramic humbuckers. Your Strat's single-coil bridge pickup outputs roughly half the signal and is brighter, so gain +1-2 over the original's amp setting and bass +1 to compensate for the thinner low-end. Mid scooped to 4 because the original is already scooped and single-coils add upper-mid bite. The B1 Four is a bass unit — its amp models lack the tight low-mid punch of a dedicated guitar modeler, so a stacked drive block is mandatory to reach this saturation level.

PRO TIPPalm-mute directly over the bridge saddles for the tightest attack — the original tracking used very precise right-hand muting to keep the low tuning from getting flubby.
