Why these settings

The Fender Frontman 10G is a 10-watt practice amp with a 6-inch speaker and only Bass and Treble controls (no mid, presence, or reverb controls physically exist on this faceplate). Its built-in OD button produces a loose, fizzy crunch incapable of reaching modern high-gain Bogner/Diezel saturation, so an external dedicated high-gain distortion pedal is recommended in front of the clean channel with amp gain kept down at 2 to prevent muddy double-gain stacking. Bass on the amp is pulled back to 5 to avoid flubbing out the tiny speaker.

PRO TIPUse aggressive, heavily palm-muted downpicking right near the bridge saddles to get the signature tight, percussive chug heard in the main riff.
