Why these settings

The original used a Vox AC30's Class A chime pushed by an OCD/Rat. Your Twin Reverb has more scooped mids and a brighter treble shelf, so I've pushed mids to 7 (vs original 6) and pulled treble to 6 (vs original 7) to compensate. The Twin's clean headroom means you MUST use an overdrive pedal — the amp won't break up at reasonable volumes. Reverb is off; the urgency of the track is bone-dry.

PRO TIPTurner picks close to the bridge with aggressive alternate picking on single-note runs — that picking position adds the snappy, almost percussive attack that defines the riff. Your RG550's hot humbuckers will be darker and more compressed than the original Tele single coil, so roll the tone knob to 8 and pick hard near the bridge to recover some bite.
