Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's 60s British model approximates Turner's Vox-adjacent Selmer tone. Your Strat's single coils are brighter than his 12-string hollowbody—roll tone to 5 and use neck pickup to warm it up. The original's fuzz comes from the Valveslapper; a TS-style pedal at moderate drive gets you 80% there. Amp gain at 6 adds push without mud. The LT25 has no presence knob.

PRO TIPPick close to the bridge for that snappy, trebly attack Turner uses, but keep the neck pickup selected—this contrast gives the riff its tense, coiled character. Use slow, deliberate vibrato and slide into notes rather than picking them clean.
