Why these settings

Your Tele's single-coil bridge is brighter and thinner than Cantrell's humbucker, so I pushed mids to 8 (vs original's 5-6) and dropped treble to 6 and bass to 4 to avoid ice-pick highs and compensate for the lower output. The Spider's Crunch model approximates JCM800 voicing; roll your tone knob to 8 to tame the Tele's inherent brightness.

PRO TIPTune to E♭ standard — 'Them Bones' is a half-step down, and the looser string tension adds thickness that helps your single-coil approach humbucker weight.
