Why these settings

Original used a hot humbucker into a Bogner's warm British-American hybrid voicing. Your Tiny Terror is already warm and compressed like the Bogner but has no mid knob—the TS9 running into it at moderate drive restores the mid-push the Strat's single-coils lack. Rolled tone knob to 6 darkens the Strat's bright bridge pickup closer to a humbucker's output. Gain at 6 on the Tiny Terror with the TS9 stacking reaches Cantrell's sustained crunch without mud.

PRO TIPTune to Eb Standard. For the haunting clean verse, kill the TS9, switch to neck pickup, and fingerpick with the wah parked just past heel position—that's the ghostly vocal-like quality of the original intro.
