The METAL 2000 model captures the aggressive, modern modified-British saturation Jerry Cantrell got from his Bogner Fish preamp and Dual Rectifier blend. Because your Stratocaster has lower-output single coils compared to Cantrell's high-output Seymour Duncan JB humbucker, amp gain is set up to 7 with bass pushed to 7 and treble softened to 5 to fatten the thinner bridge pickup. The onboard OVERDRIVE stomp block runs as a clean boost with low gain and high level to tighten the low-end chug. Middle has no knob on the LT25: press the encoder to open the preset, press it again on the amp model, then select MIDDLE on the display and turn the encoder.
