Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's 'Metal 2000' model is the closest to a modded JCM800's aggressive saturation. Mids pushed to 7 (vs original's 5-5.5) because Fender-voiced modeling tends to scoop mids — this compensates. Treble dropped to 6 (from original's 7) because your Ibanez's ceramic humbuckers are brighter than Cantrell's Seymour Duncan JB. Reverb at 0 — the original is bone dry.

PRO TIPCantrell palm-mutes hard and picks close to the bridge for that percussive chunk on the main riff. Roll your tone knob to 8 (not 10) to tame the ceramic pickup's ice-pick top end without losing clarity.
