01Boss ML-2 Metal Core
Use as a CLEAN BOOST only - Dist at 0, Level pushed. This tightens the low end and adds pick attack into the already-gained Brown channel. Do NOT stack distortion from this pedal with amp gain.
Your Jackson's ceramic humbuckers are hotter and brighter than Heafy's Epiphone PAF-style pickups, so I pulled treble back slightly from what a Les Paul would need. The Katana's Brown channel lacks the 5150's brutal low-mid tightness, so the ML-2 at zero dist acts as a boost to firm up the palm mutes. Mids at 4 give the characteristic Sneap-mixed scoop without losing note definition.
