01Tech 21 SansAmp Bass Driver DI / GT2
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned; provides the signature Chancellor clank and tube grit
02Boss BF-2 Flanger
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned; used on accents and bridge section
The Vox T-50 provides a warmer vintage foundation than Chancellor's bi-amped Gallien-Krueger and Demeter rig. To compensate for the darker nature of both the amp and a passive split-coil P-Bass, push the mid and treble while pulling the bass back to avoid muddiness. Engaging the bright switch introduces essential upper harmonic clank to simulate active Wal electronics.
