The Spider V's Insane channel approximates the scooped, compressed Rectifier character. I've kept mids at 4 rather than fully scooped to retain note definition through the smaller speaker. The original uses a Les Paul with hotter pickups than your Pacifica's Alnico V humbuckers, so gain is set at 7 to compensate for the lower output while avoiding fizz. Tone knob rolled to 7 tames the Pacifica's brighter voicing.
