The Pacifica 112V single coils in the neck+middle (or neck) position capture the classic Strat quack, but have slightly less low-mid girth than SRV's heavy-gauge strings. We boost the midrange on the US Clean model and use the Pocket Master's Tube Screamer block as a dedicated clean boost (low gain, high output) to replicate the fatness and attack of a pushed Vibroverb. Solo switch: engage neck pickup and roll tone to 8-9 for extra warmth.
