Why these settings

The GE200's Brit 800 model nails the JCM800 foundation. Your Firefly baritone with passive pickups has lower output than Thomson's active EMGs, so gain stays at 7 instead of the original's 8 — the TS boost compensates. Bass dropped to 4 from the original's 5-6 because baritone scale length already delivers extended low-end; too much bass causes mud in drop-A.

PRO TIPPalm mute directly over the bridge saddles, not an inch back — this gives the tight, percussive 'chunk' that defines the Psychosocial riff. If the low A still sounds flubby, raise your bridge pickup height 1mm on the bass side to increase string definition.
