Why these settings

Your Randall NB15 is voiced for modern metal with tight low-end, making it a strong match for this tone. The original uses scooped mids (around 4-5) which I've kept. I pulled bass down to 6 instead of the 7-8 cited in sources because the NB15's smaller 8" speaker will fart out in Drop A with bass maxed—your Jackson's passive pickups also run slightly hotter into the preamp than a stock guitar. Presence at 0 prevents fizz on the Randall's solid-state power section.

PRO TIPThis tone lives or dies on your picking hand. Use the thickest pick you can control (2mm+), anchor your palm firmly on the bridge, and strike the strings with a downward 'punching' motion rather than strumming—every chug should sound like a kick drum hit.
