Why these settings

The Katana's Brown voice approximates a hot-rodded Marshall rather than the original Rectifier's scooped modern voicing. Compensate by dropping mid from the original's 4 to 4 (no change needed — Brown is already mid-forward) and pushing treble to 7 for the aggressive bite. Your Strat's single-coil bridge pickup is thinner and brighter than Kasica's Les Paul humbuckers, so bass stays at 5 (not 6) to avoid flabbiness and gain goes to 7 for comparable saturation. The built-in booster is critical to tighten the low end the way a TS does on a Rectifier.

PRO TIPTune to Drop C as on the original recording. With a Strat, use heavier strings (.012-.054 minimum) to maintain tension and low-end authority in the drop tuning — without this, the open C power chords will sound loose and undefined regardless of amp settings.
