Your Strat's bridge single-coil is thinner than the ES-125T's P90-ish hollow-body warmth, so bass sits at 4 to compensate for lost body. You MUST add a distortion pedal — the Twin will not break up at bedroom volume, and this tone requires controlled dirt that cleans up with guitar volume rollback.
