01Marshall Shredmaster (or clone)
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned; Jonny's primary dirt pedal for this tone
Since you own no pedals, your Fender PR 495's Drive channel must supply the distortion at Gain 7 to match the intense aggression of the Shredmaster. The single-coil Strat bridge pickup naturally has less output and low-end punch than Jonny's high-output Lace Sensor Dually Red, so Mid is pushed to 7 and Bass kept at 5 while Treble sits at 5 to prevent harsh fizz. Adding a high-gain distortion pedal like a Shredmaster or clone will let you switch the amp to Clean (Gain 2) for the exact studio setup. Clean verse: switch your amp from Drive to Normal/Clean.
