Because the original was tracked with thicker humbuckers, use the Strat's bridge pickup with the tone rolled off slightly to 8 to tame single-coil sharpness while keeping bite. The TS-style block in the M-Vave MK20 is set as a clean boost with low drive and high level to tighten the low end into the British crunch amp model. Midrange is pushed to 7 to replicate the JCM2000 punch without sounding shrill.
