The THR5 Lead channel is your closest match to the Randall's saturated-but-controlled voicing. The original Randall is solid-state with tight, focused mids — the THR5 models tube amps, so I've pulled gain back from Dimebag's 8 to 5 to avoid excessive compression. Mid at 4 instead of 5 compensates for the THR5's slightly warmer midrange versus the Randall's transistor clarity. The Eko's humbuckers are lower output than Dimebag's hot Bill Lawrence/Duncan combo, so gain stays moderate rather than dropping further.

PRO TIPThe magic of this solo is in the vibrato and sustain — use slow, wide finger vibrato and let notes ring into the delay and reverb. Dimebag doubled the arpeggiated theme in the studio; you can approximate that fullness by rolling your tone knob down slightly (to 7) to fatten the neck pickup without getting muddy.
