Why these settings

The Boston GA-10 is a basic 10-watt practice amp with limited headroom and gain—it cannot replicate Dimebag's wall-of-Randalls saturation or the parametric EQ shaping that defined his tone. I've maxed gain and pushed treble/bass while scooping mids to approximate the 'frown' EQ curve. Without an external overdrive or EQ pedal, you will get a thin approximation at best. A Boss DS-1 or cheap 6-band EQ pedal would dramatically close the gap.

PRO TIPDimebag's pick attack was critical—use a thick pick (1.0mm+), strike hard near the bridge, and palm-mute aggressively to get that percussive chunk; the Donner's ceramic humbuckers will respond better to forceful picking than light strumming for this tone.
