The Harley Benton HB-20R overdrive channel lacks the ultra-aggressive, razor-sharp saturation of Dimebag's Randall and parametric EQ setup, so a dedicated high-gain distortion pedal into the clean channel is recommended. Mids are aggressively scooped while treble is boosted to emulate the bite of his Bill Lawrence L500XL bridge pickup through an 8-inch speaker.
