Dial the mid knob down to 2 and push treble to 8 to recreate the extreme mid-scoop and razor-sharp bite of his outboard Furman and MXR EQs. The Infinity R bridge humbucker on your Ibanez GIO provides plenty of output, so engage the amp's onboard boost to tighten the percussive pick attack.
