Why these settings

Dimebag's tone relied on a high-output ceramic humbucker into solid-state clipping with extreme parametric mid-cuts. On a single-coil Strat, keep the pickup on the bridge, cut the ME-02P's mids down to 3 to achieve the signature Randall scoop, and bump the bass to compensate for single-coil thinness. The front-end boost block adds the necessary compression and sharp razor-blade bite that single coils naturally lack.
