Why these settings

The Guyatone SX1000 is a small solid-state practice amp not designed for extreme metal — it cannot produce Rectifier-level gain or low-end. Your GE100 multi-FX must be the gain source: use its high-gain amp model (Rectifier/5150 type) with the TS boost in front, and run the Guyatone completely clean as a flat power amp. Drop your tuning to A-E-A-D-F#-B to match the original. The Washburn's passive pickups will be lower output than Sanders' EMGs, so the TS boost compensates.

PRO TIPSanders picks extremely hard directly over the bridge pickup with the pick angled aggressively — this 'dig in' attack is essential for death metal articulation. Practice gallop-picking with your palm locked tight against the bridge saddles for that machine-gun chug.
