Why these settings

Your Telecaster's single-coil bridge is significantly brighter and lower-output than Mars' Les Paul humbuckers. I raised mid +2 and dropped treble -1 vs original Marshall settings to compensate for the Tele's natural brightness and scooped character. ISF at 3 o'clock pushes the Blackstar toward British Marshall voicing. Bass dropped to 5 because the Tele's bridge pickup can get woofy on high bass settings without the tight low-end of humbuckers.

PRO TIPRoll your Tele's tone knob to 7 to tame the ice-pick highs and simulate the darker T-Top humbucker voicing. Dig in hard with the pick near the bridge for that aggressive Mick Mars attack — the tone lives in the right hand dynamics as much as the amp.
