The Frontman 212R is a solid-state Fender — clean, scooped, no natural breakup. The JCM800 original is mid-forward and crunchy. Mids pushed to 6 (vs original's 4-5) to compensate for Fender's scoop. Treble dropped to 5 because the Frontman is already bright and the TS adds presence.
