Why these settings

Your Fiddler 10W is a small practice amp with limited headroom and no channel switching—it will compress early, which actually helps approximate the warm, slightly saturated 70s/80s progressive rock tone. The original used humbuckers (Gibson P-90/PAF), so your Strat's single coils need compensation: I boosted mids +1 and kept treble moderate to avoid the Strat's natural brightness overpowering the warm character. Rolling your guitar volume to 8 and tone to 6 softens the attack and mimics humbucker warmth. Without a flanger and delay, you will only capture about 40% of this tone—the modulation effects are integral to the track's psychedelic atmosphere.

PRO TIPUse your picking hand positioned closer to the neck (over the fretboard edge) to get a rounder, jazzier attack that emulates the thick P-90/humbucker sound Gato Alquinta achieved—this compensates significantly for the Strat's inherent brightness and snap.
