The Brown amp type approximates the 5150's tight mid-forward voicing. Your Jackson's passive humbuckers have less compression than Dutkiewicz's EMG 85s, so gain is set slightly higher at 6 vs his reported 5 to compensate for lower output. The internal Booster replicates the OD808's low-end tightening and mid push — this is essential for the KSE sound.

PRO TIPPalm mute directly over the bridge saddles, not further up the strings — Dutkiewicz's chugs get their definition from extremely precise, tight palm placement combined with the Drop C tuning. If your Jackson allows, tune to Drop C (CGCFAD) to match the original's low-end character.
