The M-Vave Blackbox's Fender Twin model provides the clean, high-headroom platform necessary for Zild's/Blaster's singing lead tone. Keeping the amp block's internal gain low at 3 prevents digital clipping, allowing the overdrive block to supply all the smooth compression and harmonic sustain. The slight mid boost on the amp EQ counteracts the Stratocaster's natural single-coil scoop. For the clean rhythmic verses, simply bypass the overdrive block.
