Why these settings

The Laney LX20 is a British-voiced solid-state amp with no presence or reverb controls. Original tone came from a modded Plexi with extra gain and a P-90's midrange bark. Your Tele's single coils are brighter and thinner than the P-90, so I've pushed mids +1 (to 7) to compensate for the lost low-mid body, and kept treble moderate at 6 to avoid ice-pick highs. The LX20 Drive channel can reach the required crunch without a pedal.

PRO TIPTune down to Eb standard to match the recording's string tension and darker resonance—this matters more than any EQ tweak for nailing the loose, punky feel of Billie Joe's attack.
