Why these settings

The 2aAR E-10 is an unrecognized small practice amp — knob names may differ on your faceplate. I've assumed standard gain/bass/mid/treble/master layout; presence and reverb are set to null as most budget amps lack them. The original used a cranked 100W Plexi with a gain mod, which delivers mid-forward crunch that a small solid-state amp can only approximate at modest gain — pushing gain past 7 here will get fizzy rather than musical. Treble is dropped to 5 (original was brighter) because the Insomniac mix is deliberately darker than Dookie.
