Because the Harley Benton Fusion-III has hotter, darker humbuckers, we dial the Spider V gain slightly back to 6 and push the treble to 7 with reduced bass to recreate that dry, cutting Franz Ferdinand rhythmic scrape. The Line 6 Spider V 20 lacks a dedicated physical presence knob, so upper-end bite is driven entirely via the treble control.
