You are using a bass guitar — this cannot replicate the Everlong guitar tone. The VYPYR's 6505 model approximates the Rectifier's tight gain structure, but bass frequencies will mud out the low-mids that define Grohl's sound. I cut bass to 4 and kept mids at 5 to reduce low-end woof. If you want this tone, you need a 6-string electric guitar.
