Original used a Strat into an HM-2 and 5150 for that thin, cutting Norwegian black metal tone. Your Flying V's humbuckers are significantly warmer and thicker than Ihsahn's single coils, so I've scooped mids harder (2 vs typical 4-5) and pushed treble/presence to compensate for the humbucker's darker voicing. The Spark's Metal model approximates the saturated 5150 character. Without an HM-2-style pedal, you cannot fully replicate the classic chainsaw buzz - consider a Boss HM-2W or TC Electronic Eyemaster clone for authenticity.
