The Katana's Crunch channel approximates JCM800-style British voicing which is brighter and more aggressive than a tweed Fender, so I've dropped treble from 7 to 6 and pushed mid to 7 to recover the warm, vocal midrange. Your HH Strat has humbuckers vs Clapton's single-coils, which adds output and warmth — gain dropped from 6-7 to 5 to keep it at edge-of-breakup rather than full saturation. The recording is bone dry, no reverb.

PRO TIPRoll your guitar volume back to 7-8 for the verse sections to clean up, then push to 10 for the riff attacks — Clapton's touch dynamics came from riding the volume knob into that small amp's sweet spot. Your bridge humbucker will be darker than his single-coil, so pick closer to the bridge to recover some of that bite.
