Why these settings

Keith Scott used a bridge-position Strat pushing a cranked Marshall with a TS9 for maximum vocal sustain. On the M-Vave Blackbox, load the Marshall model at moderate crunch (gain 6) and use the onboard TS overdrive block as a tight mid-boost rather than relying solely on preamp gain. Roll your Strat's bridge tone knob back slightly to 9 to tame any harsh digital high-end while keeping the signature cut. Clean arpeggio intro/verses: bypass the TS overdrive block and roll guitar volume to 6-7.

PRO TIPKeith Scott's singing sustain comes from heavy pick attack combined with wide, even wrist vibrato; dig in hard on the up-tempo bends to let the TS-boosted Marshall bloom naturally.
