Why these settings

Original used hot EMG actives into a boosted JCM800; your Strat's single coils are lower output and brighter. The Katana's Brown channel nails the JCM800 voice. Compensated by engaging the built-in Booster for tighter attack, dropping mid to 3 for the signature metalcore scoop, and pulling presence to 5 to avoid ice-pick fizz the single coils would emphasize. Tone knob rolled to 8 warms the bridge pickup closer to a humbucker's response.

PRO TIPPlay riffs vertically on one string higher up the neck rather than crossing strings — Fredrik Nordström confirmed this technique was used on the recording to get that thick, consistent tone on palm-muted passages.
