Your Bugera V22 Infinium is EL84-based with a British-voiced midrange, which actually gets you closer to Iommi's Laney than a Fender or Marshall would. The Bright input pushes the treble frequencies the Rangemaster originally boosted. Without a treble booster pedal, you'll need to push gain and treble higher to compensate for the missing front-end push. Keep bass conservative—Iommi's tone was tight, not boomy.

PRO TIPTune down 1/2 step to Eb standard to match the actual recording pitch. Iommi's attack was aggressive and percussive—dig in hard with the pick near the bridge, and let the notes decay naturally rather than using sustain. The riff lives in the muted spaces between the power chords.
