Why these settings

The Randall RG16XM is a solid-state practice amp with no presence or reverb controls—values nulled. Your Strat's single coils are brighter and lower output than the original Les Paul humbuckers, so I've pulled treble back from the original's ~7-8 range and kept mid scooped at 3 (the Uberschall is naturally mid-scooped, and the Randall's voicing is more neutral). Bass at 5 prevents the small speaker from getting flubby on Drop D palm mutes. The RG16XM's high-gain channel can reach this saturation level.

PRO TIPUse your picking hand directly over the bridge pickup for maximum tightness on the palm-muted riff. Angle the pick slightly and dig in hard—Syn's attack is percussive and precise, not loose. Roll tone knob to 8 to tame the Strat's ice-pick highs that the Les Paul wouldn't have.
