Why these settings

The Randall RX25RM has a solid-state high-gain drive channel that can deliver the aggressive clipping needed for 2008-era crabcore. Keep the amp's boost switch engaged, run mid around 4 for that signature Joey Sturgis mid-scooped bite, and set treble to 7 to compensate for the passive bridge humbucker on the Pacifica compared to original EMG 81 active pickups. The RX25RM does not have a presence knob so it is nulled. Clean interlude: switch to the Clean channel with tone on 8.

PRO TIPDrop C tuning (C-G-C-F-A-D) is mandatory for this track; use aggressive palm-muting right at the bridge saddle to keep fast 0-0-0 chugs percussive and tight without an external noise gate.
