RECOMMENDED — not currently owned. A Big Muff Pi or any thick silicon fuzz will get you close. Without this pedal, the tone will lack the signature woolly saturation — amp gain alone won't replicate it.

Why these settings

Your Vision VG-15 is a budget solid-state practice amp — it lacks the Vox AC30's class-A chime and natural compression. I've pushed gain to 7 to compensate for no fuzz pedal, rolled treble down to 4 and presence to 3 to darken the tone (solid-state amps get harsh and fizzy where a Vox stays warm), and cranked reverb to 6 for that signature cavernous space. Without a fuzz pedal, you'll get a dirty approximation but not the thick, sputtery saturation of the original.

PRO TIPPalm-mute the riff lightly near the bridge and pick slowly with deliberate attack — the original has a percussive, almost drum-like quality that comes from muting technique, not just the fuzz tone.
