Why these settings

Your Strat's single-coils are significantly lower output and brighter than Cantrell's hot Seymour Duncan Jeff Beck pickup. Treble dropped from the original 6-7 to 5 to compensate for Strat ice-pick highs. Gain pushed to 8 (vs original 7-8) because single-coils won't drive the preamp as hard. Rolling tone knob to 7 tames the bridge pickup's harshness and moves closer to the Rampage's darker voicing. The G100RCD's solid-state power section won't compress like the Bogner-mod Marshall, so the attack will be stiffer — lean into that for the palm-muted riff aggression.

PRO TIPTune to Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb (half-step down, then drop the low string another whole step). The open Db drone on the main riff is non-negotiable for the song's weight. Mute aggressively with the heel of your picking hand right at the bridge saddles — Cantrell's palm muting is tight and percussive, not loose.
